This is my place to go. The owner is polite, and friendly. His prices are reasonable as well (for 21 and above libations). I used to buy from Kirsch.. No more. Kirsch is up to $5.00 more expensive than El Coqui. El Coqui also has 3x the selection as Kirsch.. There is also a bit of a difference in the type of people that go into Kirsch vs El Coqui.. There are far less homeless, alcoholic bums going into El Coqui.. I don't feel like some weirdo is going to try to snatch my purchase when I walk out of the door.. I DO feel that way at Kirsch..
