Apria is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. This company was a suggestion from my health insurance company. I initially applied January 30, 2015 to receive supplies from them for my CPAP machine I am still waiting. I have had to call many times only to find out there is information needed for me to be processed they have called me once prior to that they say they didn't have a phone number. Today is April 7, 2015 still no supplies. I have not heard from this company since my last call to them two weeks ago. Incompetent and very poor customer service.
