Provided by YPmobileI LOVE Kohl's (well, as much as you can "love" a store) but, during back to school, I was disappointed in their makeshift return policy. I was the ONLY person in the return line (not that it should even matter) and they tried to tell me they had decided not to do anymore returns for coupon rerings (I had a coupon I'd left at home the day before, which their policy clearly states they'll accept). I simply requested they just refund my entire $250 purchase then. So they himmed and hawwed and then rerang my purchase for me. If there was a huge line or if I was trying to do something against their policy, that's another story. But making up rules as you go and then trying to make the customer uncomfortable for asking them to follow their policy isn't right. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Service in the childrens department was wonderful! I was totally impressed.

Provided by YP.comStood in line for 37 minutes! Was told a lot of employees called in sick. But after being in line for 34 minutes the checkout person told me I would have to go to another line...she was closing. I refused and she check me out, but that was ridiculous! If it had not been for the huge sale they were having, I would have left.
