Obviously this persons mother never taught him tact, but just in case you were thinking of working with this company....Be warned. I am writing this due to the rude customer service that I received on September 13, 2014 (approx. 9:45 p.m). After an employee answered the phone I asked the associate if I had reached Utah Auto Gallery. His snotty response was, "No this is Auto Gallery." He then hung up on me. I called back in effort to find out the companies hours on Sundays. The same associate answered with the greeting of "Are you looking for 'Utah Auto Gallery' or 'Auto Gallery'?" I ignored his rude greeting and proceeded with my original question, which was the business hours for Sundays. He responded that "No dealerships are open on Sundays in Utah." I informed your employee that I will be taking my business else-where due to his bad attitude.I was interested in a 2010 Kia Forte but no longer have any desire to work with your company.I would find it helpful for you to work on your customer service and understand that the business of selling cars is not for those who have little patience to hold their tongue.

I recently purchased a 2002 Honda Civic from Auto Gallery and was really pleased with the experience. Bret was very helpful and was willing to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle. There were a couple questions that he did not immediately know the answer to, but instead of making something up, he was very upfront and honest and worked to get me the correct answer (in this case, getting in touch with the previous owner). I really appreciated that honesty.



In doing the paperwork, both Bret and his father Boyd (who owns the dealership) were very helpful and there was no pressure. The honesty and integrity of the dealership continued even into the final paperwork, where everything was clearly explained to me so I felt comfortable with what I was signing and paying for.



Overall, it was a great experience and I would undoubtedly recommend their dealership to friends and family. They definitely have the spirit and attitude of a family owned and operated business.
