Had the worst experience! Only gave a 1 start because it's needed for raring but it does not even deserve it. They should not be booking fittings an hour before closing. Sales rep was rushing the bride to go through the different dresses she had picked to try on. 10 minutes prior to closing the rep had already kicked us out. The brides maids and maid of honor did not have time to try on any dresses either. Not a great experience at all.

Don't go to Pebbles - they're horrible!! Because the Pebbles employees measured my children incorrectly, the dresses were ultimately 2 sizes too big on each of them, costing me almost $300 in additional alterations. I decided to call the store to speak with them about this and see if they could do something (anything) to compensate me. After all, it wasn't my measuring that caused them to order these dress sizes. I spoke with Susie who argued with me and never once took any responsibility or any culpability in the situation. I was told my girls didn't grow enough, they only "advised" me to order these sizes (but ultimately the decision was up to me, a person who knows nothing about flower girl dress measurements) to decide what sizes to order, and the best, if I had asked them to go to their alterations person, they would have worked with me on price. Why didn't they tell me that when I picked up the dresses?
