NO STARS & I WOULD NOT USE this tow company. Because of a flat tire coming down Fay Rd, I had to pull over on Hwy 203 S in a wide spot. I called AT&T Roadside Service thru my mobile phone co & they sent Grandpa's Towing Co. Coming in a reasonable time, but on the way to another tow job, he grabbed a few tire irons so he'd have the right size... I offered the tire iron that came with the car that fit my lug nuts. He twisted his around on most of the lug nuts & managed to strip them. Now the tire isn't coming off & now I need a tow! AT&T provided him with $50, yet Grandpa's still wanted more $ to tow me 4 miles back up Fay Rd to my house. Finally I used a friend's AAA card & they towed me to Redmond to get the tire replaced for no extra $-miles further. I wouldn't use AT&T Roadside Service nor Grandpa's Towing!

I was fortunate enough to have a man named Dan be my driver. He was very helpful, he cleaned up the oil my car spilt because of its cracked oil pan and he gave me advice on good autoshops that were in the neighborhood.He was very efficient, yet he was still very friendly and answered any questions that I had, and I had a lot. I had a really good experience with this company and am glad to know that if I ever need my car towed, Grandpa's Towing is there.
