WAH is the best at pet care. There hours are very convenient and all the vets there are so nice and helpful! They have the cheapest prices around and the best care. I would never go anywhere else! I would for sure recommend this hospital to all of my friends! You can bring your animals in for emergencies or just bring them in for a check up! I love it!

Administratively, this is the WORST vet I have ever been to. They are more concerned about getting your money than they are about the pets. I have taken my pet here repeatedly for similar issues yet they continue to pump different medicine in him with no success. Additionally they nickle and dime you every step of the way. They have failed to call me for 5 days to report the stool sample findings when I was originally told I would be contacted within 48 hours. I've also had issues with the medication they prescribe as well. On more than one occasion they sent me home with medication, yet they did not include enough pills as the bottle directions instructed. I had to make an extra trip to the office to pick up the pills and they barely even apologized for the inconvenience. Also, please be aware that they do not cooperate with mail in pharmacy services other than their own, which is more expensive, of course. If you would like to use a mail in pharmacy, they require you to pay $5.

I have used Dr. McDonald and Woodbridge Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have always found them to be caring, helpful and concerned about your animal companion. If there is any question or dissatisfaction, Dr. McDonald has always handled it professionally and with genuine concern for your animal companion's well being. Monetary issues are handled them same way; something can always be worked out.

We had to use the emergency services at Woodbridge and could not have been better taken care of. We were informed of every fee/charge before they performed any services. The staff was very kind to us and our pet, although she did pass away. Not their fault, she was just too old and sick. Before she passed, they called us in the middle of the night to come have a few last moments with her and we are so grateful for that! They understood our grief and treated us with kindness and respect. I have not used their other services so I can't comment on those, but I can highly recommend the emergency services and the vets that work that area! Wonderful, caring people!

i.e., AThis is absolutely a for PROFIT ONLY vet, for sure. They tell you one thing and charge you for a whole lot more and then you are stuck with the bill. I am writing the Atty. General and whomever else I need to, so that this scam will end. They take advantage of your luv for your pets. I encourage everyone to write to at least the BBB. Someone needs to investigate. local favorite, or highly recommended because

I hate to say it but this place really only care about the money. I took a dog in to be neutered and had to get "extra" shots and blood taken because they were going to do the surgery. When I went back for the second dose of a shot they charged me again, even though I was told that it was a two part shot and I only had to pay once. SO a $30 flu shot cost me $60 and I didnt even need or want it. It was just a requirement at this vet to have the surgery. Ive called around and they are the only ones with this $60 "extra" requirement. I would have been fine with the whole thing if I was told up front the cost. I was told 2 part shot for one price by the tech. The women and the front desk told me the tech shouldnt be telling me prices because he doesnt know. I agree, but I would have never got the shot and went to another vet for the surgery if I knew the cost. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE COST IN WRITING UP FRONT WITH THIS PLACE!!

We have had to use the emergency portion of this vet multiple time in the past. We have always been treated with understanding especially in the worst case. We have an aging group of pets so it is unfortunate that our visits are often the end of the road. There is an extreme compassion and we have always felt as reassured as possible under those painful circumstances.

I use them all the time. My dogs love to play with the other dogs that come in. The staff is very friendly and treats my dogs like I want to be treated when I go to a doctor. 5 stars all the way.

Worst animal care I have ever seen. I had my dog boarded there, and when I went to pick her up, she was bleeding from her tummy, had caught mange! and was dreadfully thin. My dog nearly died.....stay away from this place at all cost! If you care for your pet, you will take them somewhere else.
