I am deeply disappointed in the treatment my fiancée received here by Dr. Al Khatib after my mother (10 yr veteran of your office)and I referred him. He waited 1.5 hrs and was told that his business "wasn't needed" and he "could go somewhere else if [he] didn't like it" and that if he had complained "no one would have cared". What kind of lame customer service is that? How is that a respectable way to speak to new patients who-despite how you feel about them personally- are bringing their money and insurance to your office? I have been a patient there long enough to know that your office has seen it's fair share of ups and downs and I will not ever recommend someone else there if this is how they should expect to be treated. This is egregious.
