0Dr. Press is a great doctor. His professionalism and concern for your well really shows. I found his to be very easy to talk too and after examining me he helped me to decide to have a total knee replacement. The surgery went well with no complications which made this the best decision I could have made. I now have a brand new knee.
Dr. Lotfi and unprofessional and rude. Not concerned for you well being. Only concerned about making money and booking appointments. He will treat you like an idiot....Plenty of other places to go in town, do not go here.

- Nova Orthopedic and Spine Care was established in 2000 in Prince William County. We have three highly trained and board certified orthopedic specialists using minimally invasive, state-of-the-art techniques and procedures. Our goal is to provide thorough and caring service to our patients ensuring all aspects of their problems are addressed and that their quality of life is restored. Paymaun M. Lotfi, M.D. Received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Completing his Orthopedic training at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine he served as Chief Medical Resident at Cook County Hospital. He obtained fellowship training in Spinal Surgery at Northwestern University Hospital Medical Center and is currently acting Director of the Spine Center at Sentara Potomac Hospital. Richard L. Layfield, III, M.D. Graduated from the University Of South Florida College Of Medicine and completed his residency at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine. He held the title of Chief Resident and completed fellowship training working with athletes and trainers of professional teams in Minnesota. Currently he serves as head team physician for the Prince William Courage Soccer Club and is a sports medicine consultant for area high schools. Cyrus Press, M.D. Graduated with honors from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine in Chicago in 2007. He remained in Chicago and completed his residency at the University Of Illinois Medical Center, where he was Chief Resident of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery. He recently completed a fellowship subspecialty at the Houston Health Science Center at the University of Texas with a specialty in shoulder and elbow reconstructive surgery.
