AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars because one star is way too generous. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from managers and directors. They are not interested in giving you the best deal, they just want to sell you a car. They don't care how you feel about it, if you're uncomfortable, or anything. I'm a first time car buyer and I feel cheated. If I knew what I know now I would have never set foot in this place. I voiced my concerns to multiple people in this company. NO ONE CARED. Spend your money else where please. they are currently trying to force a loan that I cannot pay at the current rate through regardless of what the bank says. they are bullies. Plain and simple

A very nice dealership. Offers a wide range of vehicles from Dodge, Toyota, Chrysler, Scion, Jeep, and certified used cars. They recently underwent a major renovation and the buildings are gorgeous. The Toyota dealership has an internet cafe with wi-fi internet, a shuttle van that will you anywhere within 10 miles of dealership and pick you up! The service can take a while, espically if on a busy day like Saturday, so its very nice that they took that into consideration and gave customers alot to do. "If you don't see it on the lot, then it doesn't exist" is one of the company's slogans and they hold on to that. Can come off as pushy to purchase a vehicle but they're just ready to sell to any and everyone! As the largest Toyota dealership in VA it's worth checking out.
