Chris is honest, knowledgable, hardworking and she is very personable. It's hard to find all four traits in one preparer. With the franchised tax places, you always get someone different, usually a seasonal employee. With Chris Davis, you get only Chris Davis. Her name and reputation are on the line so she has every reason to do a great job. Plus, she's there year-round so if you have tax questions throughout the year, you can ask her. She doesn't jack up her rates every year. A company with a square, green logo does that and then lies about it. The square, green logo company also tricks people by saying that they do "free" instant rebates. Not true! They over charge so they can sell the "free" instant rebate. There's no one else I would entrust my small business filing to but Chris Davis. I'm not a "numbers" person and usually feel intimidated by tax preparers. She really cares and makes one feel at home.
