Disclaimer: this is not a product installation/ service review per se but a review of their Company. We did have a defective unit. Absolutely would not recommend- Price gouging Misrepresentation of abilities and certification when asked Never, ever came on time even though we paid for a contract stating they had specific SLA Lied about availability /arrival of parts from manufacturers -said parts did not arrive and we would have to wait another day until it came Never provided service we contracted for regarding maintenance until technician came 3rd time, didn't have time because he was so late, still did not Price gouging was so high, the manufacturer of our system sent us the names of 3 other dealers at which time we found out that they were no longer recommended by the manufacturer but Addarios didn't inform us while still charging premium pricing way over standard rates. Rude, untrustworthy owners Would give a negative star rating if I could. Do not use this company unless they are a last resort and you have deep pockets.

We recently converted from oil to gas with Addarios. Before hiring them, we had multiple companies come out to look at the project and give us a price. Addarios was on the higher end, but we felt very comfortable with the comfort adviser that came out, and the longer warranty on both the products and installation were the final seller for us. Wow were we wrong! The lack of communication during the whole install was astounding! We were supposed to start on a Tuesday and be done on that Friday...it ended up being a month long project. The oil tank was removed on Wednesday....and with no heat still by Saturday we requested heaters. They dropped off 4, two of which could not be used because they were broken. Not to mention the increase in electric costs for having to run electric heaters. We had multiple tradesmen come to the house not knowing what they were there to do. The plumber put all of the venting in the way of where the sheet metal workers were planning (and fabricating) the ducts to go, even after both trades talking about the plan. This set us back days. The electricians cut our main electric line into the house, didn't tell us, half taped it up and left it for 3 days before coming back to fix it. A feeder wire was used to find where to place the new thermostat...this foot long metal stake remained in the wall for almost a week, even after having it brought to multiple people's attention. They also put the outlet and the CO2 monitor in the way of the return duct. Trash (cigarette butts, metal pipes, screws, even a saws all blade) was left all over the outside of the house, right next to where my toddlers play structure is. The HVAC guy cut a 3 inch hole in the side of our house to feed a 3/4" pipe through, then left the hole and didn't patch it. (We are still trying to get this taken care of properly). The whole reason of our conversion was to gain space in the basement so we can finish it and use it as a spare room/play room. With the lack of communication of where ducts and vent pipes were going we lost 5 feet of space, which may not seem like a ton, but when you are working with a 130 year old home every inch counts. When we explained of frustration our project manager did not seem too concerned and kept reiterating that they "did what they were supposed to do." I would not hire them ever again, and would not recommend them to anyone, especially if you are planning on converting to gain room in your basement.
