Worst flooring supplier EVER! Customer service is horrible. Roger the salesman is absolutely useless. They never call you back and won't take care of the issues. After 6 weeks blistering was showing up all over the new laminate floor they installed. Been almost a year now and they refuse to remedy the issue. Neither the laminate floor or the carpet they installed in our new house is installed correctly. Self admission by one of their own installers who did not install our floors. They straight out lied to our builder Barry Nosanchuk about how they handled the problem so he will not get involved to get this issue resolved either. We will never deal with Huron Carpet again and highly suggest to avoid this company unless you really want to deal with the grief. There are too many other companies out there that will value your business.
They did an excellent job and when we did have an issue they fixed it promptly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I had hard wood floors installed at my place of residence, the first day the installers were over an hour and a half late, never called to let me know and they were not prepared to do the job, the second day they were also late, yet again never called to let me know, but they completed the job. I did a walk through afterwards and in a bunch of spots they cut the wood too short so it was not flush against the wall, in one section they were missing a piece of wood. The job was done extremely poorly, so I called the company to get this issue resolved. The salesperson came out and inspected it with me and said he would schedule them to come back out and fix the issues. They were scheduled to come out on Saturday, they never showed up and no one called, I also could not get a hold of anyone. So on Monday I followed up with them and there was some issue at the warehouse. So we made another date for them to come out and fix it. They finally showed up and fixed the bad job they did the first time. Since I had to give up all of this time for them to fix a job they should have done properly the first time I was disputing the installation charge, the owner of the company told me he did not care about my issues with the job and my time wasted and that I had to pay him or he was putting a lean on my house, they he hung up on me. Worst customer service and worst flooring installation/service ever. Why should I have to pay for a job that was not done correctly and in turn they should pay me for all of my wasted time waiting around for them to show up. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional.
