Our family was vacationing in Wisconsin Dells last week when we ran into unexpected van trouble; leaving all 5 of us stuck at a campground with no vehicle for two out of our 5 day vacation. We cannot praise the folks working at Dells Auto Center enough for their superior diagnostic skills, complete integrity, (we were 100% at their mercy as we were absolutely stuck ~ and they knew it) and a refreshing dose of "good old fashioned customer service." We hit a coyote on the Interstate on the way from Mpls to WI Dells for a 4 day vacation. Radiator was trashed. Dells Auto got the car at 3:55p Thurs. Looked at it immediately, ordered the required parts, and had it back to me Saturday morning, ready to go. They even gave me a lift back to the resort when I dropped off the car! Friendly and helpful guys, and they do quality work fast very quickly. A big "thanks" to John and his crew!
