Founded in 1992, the Indian Trails Middle School is located in Winter Springs, Fla. It offers a curriculum for students in grades six through eight. It has an enrollment of more than 1,300 students and is governed by the Seminole County School District. The school provides a wide range of subjects, including English, language arts, science, mathematics, social studies, foreign language, computer technology, and health and physical education. In addition, it offers arts, business education, reading, video production and musical band classes. The school also provides a library and media center with a variety of student-related resources, such as world book online, electric library, fact monster, Meriam-Webster online dictionary, virtual reference desk and Webmath. The Indian Trails Middle School has a parent-teacher association that provides support through its financial grants for the children.
