      this place is easily my favorite cafe in Orlando. It has that real nice old NY feel that I grew up in and the food was great and affordable. Best egg bendicts south of South of the Border.

      A local favorite of mine

      The atmosphere at 310 is fabulous! It's a nice place for a dinner on a weekday evening or a brunch with the inlaws on Sunday. I love the filet mignon w/potatoes, to die for! My husband and I love the Sunday brunch with french toast! Overall I just love going there.

      Located In the Heart of the downtown Winter Park's oldest shopping district, 310 offers cafe' style seating and a great view of the avenue. There is something for everyone with a wide selection of appetizers, salads, full bar including over 30 wines by the glass and beers from around the world compliment our menu. A late night dessert, snack or specialty coffee is available until 1am. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays until 2pm. Our friendly staff and local atmosphere will make your visit an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
