I am thoroughly disgusted with the way mail is handled. I have gotten so much mail for other people and put it in a fresh envelope and mailed it to them myself. I tried putting it back in the box, but sometimes shows up in my box again. I DO NOT get my magazines as I should. All people are not honest. If the number is 5820, it shows up in my box. THIS has been going on for TOO LONG< I have some people in the neighborhood who will bring mail to the house, THIS IS RIDUCULOUS!!! Is it the sorters fault or the carrier.? Cannot always depend on the mail to get to our houses before dinner, I often wonder if anyone cares about their jobs anymore or paying for appliances, FERN Robinson with a 5820 in my Winter Haven address.

Yes, I gave them 5 stars when others gave just one. Why? Because every person that works is nice and helpful. The only problem is sometimes there is a long line.

HORRIBLE customer service! Lazy, unfriendly, unprofessional employees unwilling to help anyone but themselves. Though both post offices in Winter Haven show weekday business hours as 9am to 4:30pm, it is usual for their employees to lift up the phone and hang up on any callers unfortunate enough to call at any time after 4pm. Mail service in Winter Haven is TERRIBLE, taking longer than at any of the 20+ areas of the U.S. I've resided at. Seems like the USPS rates increase at the same rate as service decreases. I rate the postal service in Winter Haven with one star only because there is no rating of "0".

I hope they close down because they are the rudest people working there. I stopped going over a year ago because I couldn't take it anymore. A guy name bear is the worst. I don't know how government employees can use a fake name on their uniform. The other Post Office in Winter Haven is just as bad. On the other hand the Post Office in Auburndale is rated 5 stars.
