2They do a great job at educating you about a certain product that you are unfamiliar with. That is a great benefit to have!
I have always gotten the proper advice I've needed whenever I've asked them for help.
Best there is in this area! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
The equipment that I ordered from Garrett's were delivered on time as promised which was great, but they also gave me good instructions and showed me how to use it as well.

Worst customer service ever. My pants were on "backorder" for weeks and then a week before graduation they all of the sudden don't make those pants in the size I needed. How were they on back order all that time then? Will never go back. Just be honest!

They keep what we need and it they don't have it in stock they'll get it for us. It's great customer service.
