I have been a patient of Dr. Wall's for a couple of years. I don't understand the previous reviewer perspective. I have always found the staff to be friendly and willing to answer any questions I might have, but then I am friendly and have a positive outlook on life. As far as additional tests, I have never had tests done that I felt like were not needed to confirm or eliminate something in regards to my eyes. I could always tell the doctor that I am not getting additional testing at this time and so could you.

Terrible service, unfriendly staff. Be aware that they like to make extra appointments to get more money. Know what you're being seen for and ask A LOT of questions. I gave one star because I had to or this review would not process. If I could, it would get no stars.
