Avoid at ALL cost! Every aspect of this company is disappointing. When I signed up for a membership I was supposed to receive $25 off a $50 purchase and the employee accidentally forgot to subtract the $25 before running my credit card. No big deal, right? WRONG, the company's policy does not allow any employee, even managers, to give a refund. It's been 3 days and no communication from the regional manager. Now, it gets way worse. I go in to tan for my 3rd visit and the manager and I decide that 6 minutes would be an appropriate time (I'm super pale at this point). I go in, lotion up and I'm ready...oh but she forgot to turn my bed on...I let her know and then go back in. The timer says 10 minutes, which is the max for this bed! So I do some awkward moves to make sure that I watch the timer on the wall and get out after 6 minutes. I decide at this time I no longer want to give this awful place my business. The manager seems dumbfounded. I'm sure I'll never see the $25 again and I'm also sure I won't be walking into that tanning salon again. Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience. Tanning should not be this difficult!

As a former employee, I can honestly say I have never worked at such a shady lying place before. I was told to lie to customers about our prices and not mention certain fees until after they had signed up. All the coupons had stipulations on them that were not written on the coupons, leading to more confusion and lying. If the manager did not like you, she would come up with things to write you up for. There is no caring about the customers in any way. It is all about getting the most money off the customer they can. Terrible place to work and tan.

I have seen the staff slowly change out over the past year or so, and my opinion has changed greatly since the beginning. It used to be terrible in there, but I've noticed a couple of the girls have been there for awhile. Those girls know me by name, make friendly conversation, and do their best to get me in and out of there! Some of the new staff are a bit questionable.

Really friendly staff and I love this level six bed, and the HD mystic--it has different scents you can add to it---it is great!

This is the WORST tanning salon I've ever been to. The lady who works at the front desk does not answer questions appropriatly. She instead talks to customers like they are complete idiots! I have been tanning for over 10 years and I have never been treated as rudly as this place. I called a few minutes ago just to ask the hours and the lady immediately said "you'll just need to come in to find that out" and she hung up on me. I will NEVER go there and I advise anyone else not to either.
