We recognize that chemical dependency is a disorder that can damage the lives of individuals, their families, and their communities. This damage can include decreased productivity, crime, violence, and poverty of emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

      Founded in 1969, ARCA is a nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. There are usually no more than 50 clients being treated at any given time which allows for highly specialized care.
