Where to start?

I have been having trouble with my Ram 3500 and its fuel pump. I have tried 4 or 5 shops in 4 states. Trying to get them to drop the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump inside the 40 gallon fuel tank. Each one has had an excuse to not do the extremely hard job. Finally I was trying to get back to Idaho from California and the truck stopped in Winnemucca. I was told to call Dave Schirrick if anyone would stop everything to help a traveler it was them. I called Jennifer at 7am she is willing to help and a asset to her company. She explained how to proceed and I did. At about 1pm Jesse started working on my truck. I could here the banging the pump was frozen in the tank. Jesse kept me informed the whole time he was working. The only problem with my experience was an employer spoke quit rudely to me I wont mention his name. I would recommend these folks to every one. Back on the road the same day.

Had a really awesome experience with these guys. I broke down in the middle of Nevada and they were the closest shop that could repair Cummins (although they said they work on all diesels). Dave came right out from almost 150 miles away (on his day off on Memorial day) and quickly diagnosed the problem as the water pump. He installed a new one and I was back on the road the same day. He had a ton of tools, equipment and parts for diagnosing and repairing most issues on the spot. Very friendly, hard working and professional. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone needing diesel repair or service. Thanks for the help!!

CALLED DAVE TO REPAIR AN AIR BAG ON A LIVESTOCK TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS LOADED WITH CATTLE, (100 DEG WEATHER.) DAVE WAS FANTASTIC TO GET OUR TRAILER REPAIRED QUICKLY SO THAT THE LOAD WAS BACK ON THE MOVE AND THE CATTLE DIDN'T SIT AND SWELTER! HE WAS SUPER BUSY BUT UNDERSTOOD THE URGENCY OF GETTING OUR LOAD MOVING AGAIN, AND WE SO APPRECIATE THAT! THANKS FOR THE FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! CANDY @ LWMILLER LIVESTOCK

This is a ripoff shop. Do not get you truck fixed with them. I called in and asked them to get the airbag changed on our trailer and asked them alos if they have the parts in stock. They told me they have some airbags in stock but in case if they don't have the one that we need, it will take them an hour to get it. I said OK. Our driver went their and they took the airbag off and gone. He went back to the office after one hour and they told him ohhh they ordered but.... It will be tomorrow. We said we can't wait intill tomorrow. You told us that it will be in a hour... Anyway told him to put the old airbag back and he told us he would charge $210 to put it in. Otherwise we do not touch it. Leavingbus without a choise we paid it and left. But would never be back to this place and would never recomend it to somebody else. There are some other places around that you can get your truck fixed otherwise you would have the same problem. Paying for nothing. They DO NOT desereve to be a named as a truck shop.

Traveling through Nevada we got a check engine light on our International 24' box truck. After calling several truck service places in Winnemucca I got a referral to Dave Shirrick's diesel truck repair. I called him in desperation explaining the situation we were in. Even though he was swamped with work he told us to come on down to his shop and would see what he could do. He called in Brandon to take a look at the truck. In two hours we were back on the road. I cannot thank them enough for the fast reasonably priced service. They also travel for work if anywhere in the vicinity of Winnemucca NV and find your diesel vehicle in trouble do not hesitate to give them a call. Thanks Dave and Brandon!!
