Arborvine, founded in 2000, is a restaurant housed in a 1823 Cape Cod-style house, in Blue Hill, Maine. It offers a varied menu. Its appetizers include medley of smoked salmon, smoked trout and smoked mussels, Caesar salad and brie in puff pasry with figs and toasted almonds. It features entrees such as crispy roast duckling, pecan encrusted breast of chicken, roast rack of lamb with a basil pine nut crust and pork tenderloin cutlets with green apples.
