My review won't be as good as the other two. I've dealt with Allied for a number of years and I think the whole company needs improvement. Not only were the people unprofessional but the employees had no clue about the products they are offering me and other people. The fees are high and the customer service was not the greatest. It took them 45 minutes to help me along with alot of calls being made to figure out what they were doing. Also when they give "reminders" I would suggest that they try to be a bit confidential. They called my neighbor to remind me and basically told her about my loan when they clearly had my contact information. Please try to improve this in all your stores if you want to be one of the last payday loan companies to stay in business.

Employees are extremley friendly, professional in your needy time. Not only do they offer payday advances they also offer car title loans, prepaid debit cards, and are just helpful in anyway possible.

The lady's were very friendly and professional. They helped me when I was in a bind. They made me feel very comfortable about getting a payday advance when I felt very nervous about it. It definitly beat paying overdraft fees to my bank! They offered the car title loan to me but I only needed a little cash. Thanks Lady's!
