I took my car there to get an inspection and returned a few hours to find there was no longer an inspection sticker on my car. Not even a rejection sticker. When I went inside to inquire about the results of the inspection, they hadn't even marked off whether or not the car had passed. No one was able to tell me anything and the person who did the inspections was out to lunch so I was told I would get a call back. I returned about two hours later (without getting a call) and was told that the vehicle had a rejected sticker on it when it was brought in....when in fact it did not....they were the ones who had inspected and passed it last year. Then they told me the battery "hold down" needed to be fixed..I informed them they had put that on for me last year. I was told they didn't have any record of of that and "if they did do it" I wasn't charged for it..so my car spent all day in the shop only for last years inspection to be removed, and no sticker to indicate a rejection or pass.

I want to commend Eric for his incredible attitude and professional methods. He towed my truck this morning and was not only pleasant but did a fantastic job getting my truck out of a sticky spot at Panera Bread. He is worth his weight in gold! I work in the customer service industry in retail and he is a breath of fresh air to anyone who has to deal with those who hate their job.

You like being cheated on your repair bill, or have more problems then your car was brought in with, by all means give them a call or your business. O' so very un professional.
They do the job right, and back up their work. They do not change their estimate, and do the work within a reasonable time. However, they do charge a little more than I would expect.
This business has very rude employees. The estimate price is jacked way up if you are a woman. The work ethics of this business are very questionable. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They even charge way to much for a oil change! The work is never done on time. They like to charge a storage fee if your vehicle is in over night.
