- Criminal DefenseWilliam A. "Beau" Bassler was born and raised in Winchester, Virginia and graduated from James Wood High School in 1991. He received a B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University in 1995 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1998. Beau served as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Winchester from 1998 until 2001 when he began private practice. He has both prosecuted and defended thousands of cases in all levels of Virginia courts, including the Supreme Court of Virginia. With almost 20 years of experience, Beau can handle all criminal law matters, including: serious felonies; misdemeanors; drug offenses; complex financial or white collar crimes; crimes of violence; sex crimes/offenses; DUI/DWI; traffic offenses; traffic accidents; and driver's license restoration. He also has experience in many other types of cases, including the representation of children and incapacitated adults.
