I am so sorry to the customer below . I know that your son was jumping on the tables and hit his head . We tried to make you happy by moving the cake display. I am sorry that you and your friends are upset with us and please know that we have done our best to rectify the situation

I personally have found that the owners are not receptive to patrons remarks or recommendations to help improve customer service and customer safety. They are in my opinion not good business owners when they have prioritized their profit over customer safety.





The prices are high, the food is not good, and the service is really bad.



Go to McDonald's for coffee it's fast...inexpensive and they are always curtious and receptive.

The atmosphere is nice, but the service is bad. Expect to wait a while for a meal or coffee



When the restaurant first opened, the food was good; however, the quality has declined significantly, but the prices have increased.



You can get a better latte for a better price at Mc Donalds.

We love this place. Gorgeous inside and the food is to die for. Theey have been in southern living magazine, and mtv. Cool in winchester, tn my wife an i love the place. You can use there computers and free internet access.
