The previous review made by Damien R could not be anymore inaccurate!!!!There was never a time when either one of the owners were rude.Damien looked at several firearms and dry fired every single one of them and anyone that knows anything about firearms is that the first rule is to NEVER dry fire a gun no matter if its a new or used firearm because it damages the firearm.The owner asked him nicely to not dry fire the gun and as soon as Damien picked up the next firearm he dry fired that one so then the owner nicely said that he could not look at anymore because he kept doing the same thing.Damien then said a few words under his breath and left the building.Bypass Gold & Pawn strives to treat EVERY customer that comes into the building with the upmost respect but when someone is asked nicely to not do something and they repeatedly keep doing it knowing it can cause damage to the property it shows a lack of respect from the customer.

The owners were very rude to me. I was viewing the firearms and was dry firing the fund which many people do before purchasing to test the triggers. He never asked me to stop until the sixth gun I looked at. I then told him I would not do it anymore now that I knew he didn't like me doing it. He then said " you can see it just fine through the glass. Incredible rude. I left really upset and told him and his wife they no longer would get my business. I would stay away from this pawn shop. It's very small with little selection and rude owners.
