General Info: BMC is an investment advisory firm which manages personal, corporate, trust and retirement accounts. We are a New York State corporation, domiciled in Connecticut. At BMC we distinguish ourselves by customizing each account to the individual needs of the client and by offering a personal, professional relationship. All accounts are continuously monitored, and periodic discussions with our clients allow us to reassess established investment objectives, making adjustments as warranted. Benin Management Corporation's responsibility as an investment advisor is to act as a fiduciary with client best interests as a primary guide. Benin Management does not physically handle any funds or securities ; all investments and cash are domiciled at one of the major brokerage houses or banks, with our clients receiving institutional discounts. We secure a limited power of attorney from the client for the express purpose of making transactions. Our clients receive a copy of all trade confirmations, as well as monthly statements from the brokerage house. In addition BMC provides a semi-annual statement and bill. Investment advisors have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of their clients at all times.
