This was my first time going to MB Wilsonville and it was exceptional. I've been driving Porsche's for years and this E350 is my first MB. Chris Cain figured out one of my problems (a fuse) before I even got into my loaner car. They have a new customer going forward!

Love MBW! I have purchased 2 ML350 from here and have serviced both of them at MBW. Chris Cain is my service guy who is fabulous! He is very knowledgable and helpful. If he tells me something needs to be done I can trust him that it needs to be done. He will also tell me if something can wait. He always makes time for me whether I schedule an appointment or drop by. Both my parents service their vehicles with Chris. He is great.

Valarie Smith is a very knowledgeable, professional, service advisor. Valarie is very customer oriented and always returns our calls promptly. We followed Valarie from another MB dealership and will drive the extra miles to have both our cars serviced at MB Wilsonville. MB Wilsonville is the nicest dealership in the Portland area. The flexible scheduling options and straightforward approach to maintenance will keep me going back. Great waiting area if you need to stick around for an hour. Often there's a sporting event on the big screen, coffee and warm cookies. Fantastic!
