I would never use this place again!!! The rep that ordered my chair was absolutely great. Lisa truly cares. I had problems with my brakes so they came out and put new ones on. 'The service tech refused to let me get out of my chair while he adjusted the foot rest/plate and he hurt me!! I also was supposed to be getting a replacement as this one keeps falling off.

Well the service department won't even return my calls. Now the arm rests are falling off. They want me to pay the rest of my bill, but if they can't be bothered to answer my calls I can't be bothered to pay. There is truly NO service after the sale!
