big probably opening on time. This morning 745 and 3 cars waiting. Most mornings this is the case. They need to get the act together. they are scheduled to open at 7 o'clock. and the person who opens it is late every single morning and late extensively. and it takes a long time to set up. he's gotta be a relative of the owner because nobody else would get away with this b*******.

this is a great car wash. but they're starting to change and not for the better. they're scheduled to open at 7:30 and their person shows up at 730 has set up for 15-20 minutes so therefore there open at approximately 8. not only that with a person who opens lately doesn't show up even at 7:30 and it's always the 15-20 minutes wait for him to show up and another 15-20 minutes from the setup. you can't plan was squeezing that car in right before work in the morning. gotta walk around this guy who opens up and hope to God he comes in he's tired from the night before. that said this is a good car wash. another problem, they are dilutingtheir services. are the days of vacuum as part of the package plan you paid for. reserve the right to change it at any time

I have been a member of the car wash since it opened. I love the staff and accessibility of the wash. Recently, due to tokens not being returned, they have now stopped free vacuums for their members. This was disheartening, as that is one of my favorite amenities of the car wash. I sent an e-mail to John, the owner, he contacted me within 10 minutes and explained the situation. As I will miss the free vacuums and my membership fee not being lowered, I will still continue to frequent Victory Lanes. I support small business owners, and before this issue I have never had a complaint about the wash. If people would return the tokens and stop using chuckie cheese tokens, good members will not have to suffer! Thank you John for your quick response and I will still use your facility.

Another poor wash. I'm not sure why I wait in line on a nice day to have a partially clean car. It should be called the 1/2 car wash

I love the convieniance but, the back of my truck never gets cleaned. $15 should clean the whole truck.

New equipment that really cleans the car and vacuums that are powerful and run a long time for your coin. Quick and easy.
People are friendly and helpful. All at affordable price.Liz Resko

Wonderful place...nice people and only three minutes.....I now have signed up both cars for their unlimited service....I have the cleanest car in town.
