I started at ILKB because I have always been interested in contact sports but never found a gym that made me feel welcome as a beginner. As soon as I walked in the door, the instructors were so nice and I was not intimidated. The gym was so open and clean! I have walked into many gyms that don't smell the greatest so I really appreciated that. It was honestly the hardest workout I had ever done, I knew that I had to sign up. I love that no matter how strong I have gotten in the past 6 months, the first 15 is still so much fun and challenging. The instructors push me when I am feeling lazy and I love it. I have so much energy and I am honestly so happy in my everyday life.Thats probably because punching the bags is so stress relieving. If I go more than 2 days without coming in I can feel my body asking for class! I would recommend ILKB to anyone who wants to invest in themselves and their health. Not just physical but mental as well. This is the only body we get and it can do some amazing things! So why not take care of it?

Joining I love kickboxing is the best decision I have ever made, my goal is to lose 50lbs and i know ILoveKickBoxing will help me reach that goal, the staff is super friendly and they are awesome, the environment is super positive, please try it out you wont regret it
