The provider explained in detail that our insurance would cover all of the appointments and then sent bills for over $1,000.00 to us. Why she did not collect co-pays at the time of services, we are not sure of. She even sent her illiterate henchman/husband to our house and left notes on our door begging for $500.00. At one point she mentioned obtaining a lawyer to collect this money as she could not just by. For $500, you would pay an attorney thousands - really????????????? We Would NOT recommend her to anyone. It's a good thing we only have 1 child and do not need services again.
