Do not use this firm! They are careless and disrespectful, if not incompetent. They made numerous mistakes, don’t back their work, or return telephone calls if any problems arise. They submitted our tax return without our approval and before all tax forms were collected. Subsequently, two additional amended returns needed to be filed due to their careless mistakes. They had the audacity to tell us that it was our responsibility to make sure the returns were correct. We hired them, as we thought they were subject matter experts – obviously they are NOT! They said they would and then reneged on paying the full IRS penalty and interest. Don’t trust these people.
