Its Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility features private and semiprivate rooms. Willow Care Nursing Home offers medical, dietitian and nursing care services. It also provides physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. The facility offers outpatient rehabilitation and 24-hour nursing and social services. In addition to hair care, manicure and transportation services, it accepts private insurances, as well as conducts social and recreational activities.
