Had my motor replaced with Rick, was quoted 1 week. The job took 9 weeks total. (March 28 through May 30)



I had to pay a different shop $525 to figure out why it wouldn't start. Turns out the transmission and engine wires were plugged in incorrectly during installation.



Rick still charged me on TOP of the $525 I paid, even though my balance due to him was only $435. My air conditioning was never refilled with freon after the car was finally running and he now wants to charge me to have it filled, which is part of the installation.



Rick called me several times asking to be paid in full, even though he never got the car running and cussed me out on mothers day over the phone because I refused to pay him in full for the incomplete job."
