Store 2601: If there was a sixth star, I would add it. UPS in Middlebury is always busy with customers especially on the upper floor where Cotey Comes Gallager is the main attraction due to her computer and printing skills, ability to listen and execute what patrons envision, her understanding of balance, design and composition but most of all her kindness and positive management skills with customers and staff. Cotey, along with Joshua and other staff, but mainly Cotey, keeps that UPS Center a valuable resource for the college, Middlebury and Addison County, Vermont.

To whom it may concern;My name is Ginseng MacKay-Tisbert. Today, 3/9/2018 my 3 yr old and I got home around 4 to find a note from UPS. We had missed our package- a gift we NEEDED for Sunday.First- there is ZERO reason it was not left outside our door. Once actually in front of my door (up 4 stories) it is totally safe- evident by how much we have outside our door: air conditioners, bikes, steollers, etc. LEAVE OUR PACKAGES!!! UPS often and Fed Ex ALWAYS leaves packages outside my door.I had paid extra to have the package fast- in time for weekend.I CALLED THE UPS STORE ON WINOOSKI AVE because that is where he sticky said it would be. The young man in his monotone voice said it would not be there until Monday and that we needed to call the 1-800 # to pick it up at UPS customer service/ warehouse on Harvest Lane Williston.I called and was told (at this point it isnt even 5 yet) that they would try to have driver bring it back since we needed it SUNDAY.An hour or so later around 6 UPS customer service calls me back to say, no, driver would not bring it to me. She knows i jave a fussy 3 yr old and really DONT want to go back out. She tells us to go amd collect the package in Williston between 830-930 pm.So I do- we do- myself, who is t feeling well drive from Burlington out to Harvest Lane Williston waaaay past 3 yr olds bed time.Wait there for half and hour to be told NO , i cant get the package, because it needed to be requested to be "held." What the f#$% I was on the phone today 3 different times with 3 different people making it perfectly clear that we NEEDED the package and would be getting it tonight. NOBODY from UPS was particularily helpful or careful or cared and I dont know what to do to get it unless I am told.I disgusted with this whole experience. Every single person i talked to toom zero responsibility and acted like somehow it was my fault... even though UOS customer service said the ONLY way to get it was to be out at night in cold at 930 pm w my 3 year old.It is totally ridiculously mishandled...

Terrible business. They're holding on to my replacement iphone because the couldn't figure out an obvious address (University of Vermont!), and I'm not allowed to pick it up, nor tell them where to deliver! What kind of arsine customer service is this!

I had 2 packages to be delivered to my house on the same day at the same time! 1 package was put by my door ,the other package was left on the truck and the driver put a note on the outside of the security door- saying he was unable to deliver it??? So how is it he can bring one and keep the other saying it was undeliverable-with no reason for not being able to leave it for me with the other package that was just delivered at the same time on the same day??then there was an act of God to find a manager to complain to. The only people I could speak to couldn't help me or speak proper English. What is going on with you guys? I'm extreamly unhappy. There is always something stupid happening, they put my 400.00$ package on the side of the road instead of on one of our not 1 but 2 porches- please tell me is this how you treat all your customers who do business with you all the damn time??

My sister sent a package to her son in Afghanistan which take's a month to get there. When it finally did it was so damaged & the good's he looked forward to were spoiled! He is a Marine doing what they do for us & we can't even give them a X-Mas package undamaged.... This is his first time away from home for the Holiday's! So very sad.....

They only will deliver packages a certian time they think everyone works days , I work 2nd shift! I tried to call have them send my work they go by 2times they tell me 6dollars but first they got send it back put a label on it? Theres computers now how silly.

A word of caution to those of you forced to pick up their packages at UPS. Inspect your package carefully. After ordering a christmas gift for my son UPS was supposed to deliver it, but for unknown reasons couldn't find my house, (which they seem to find all the time normally). When I picked up the package it was badly damaged, but I figured what was inside wasn't terribly fragile, so I didn't think anything of it. I couldn't have been more wrong. After arriving home I realized that the box was coming apart and my shipping information, reciepts and an expensive lego toy was missing. After trying in vain to reach a human being at UPS I gave up and had to ask for a refund from the company I bought the toy from. Toyrus was fabulous by the way. No delivery, Damaged and missing items, and no human in sight for accountablility makes me want to stay as far away from UPS as possible. I own a business that ships often, but I'll stick to the USPS thank you very much...

I'm very disappointed by the service i received. I paid extra for a Christmas gift for an on time delivery to my business location. We made it clear to UPS that we were open from 8-3 on Christmas eve. UPS made their normal delivery stop around 9 am but did not deliver my package. The UPS online tracking system had the package at my local Williston Center. The tracking system claimed we the receiver were on holiday. i contacted UPS who had Martha from the local center call to tell me there is nothing they can do. There was a computer glitch and my package got put with hundreds of other packages to businesses that are closed. i asked if they could at least attempt to look for it and was told no. i don't believe i'm being unreasonable asking them to attempt to find the package. The service seems unreasonable!! Thanks.
