unhelpfull baffoon behind the desk, stupid and smug is a bad combination

BEWARE

I went to the Willingboro lab on Sunset Road, in September 2012, they said my insurance required a co-pay of $40., believing this to be a reputable lab I paid the co-pay with cash. I was not given a receipt. When I received my insurance statement for that visit, the co-pay was 0.00. I later found out my insurance company does not require a co-pay for lab work. After several calls to Quest they determined they could not help me because there is no record of that payment being made either at the Quest Corporate office or in the local Willingboro lab. Something is not right in that office.
