I provide Psychotherapy and Mental health counseling for adolences, adults and family. I beleive in the holistic framework of healing that emphasises the body mind connection and treatment that takes into consideration the wellbeing of the whole person, Mental, Emotional and Spiritulal. My approach to counseling encourages my clients to connect with their trueselves by providing them with opportunities to explore their beleif system that promotes positive change. I have been trained in a variety of approaches to psycholtherapy including BODY CENTERED GESTALT, COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY, BIOENERGETICS AND DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (DBT) I have completed specialized training in trama and also I am also certified in spiritual counseling.
