      Originally founded as Lycoming County Crippled Children s Society Inc., Children s Development Center is a community services organization. Based in Williamsport, Pa., the center provides a range of programs and services for children with physical disabilities and special needs. It services include neuropsychological evaluation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and autism program beginning at age 2. Additionally, Children s Development Center offers a full day pre-school program beginning at age 2 years 7 months. It offers a variety of specialized orthopedic equipment available for trial or loan. Children s Development Center has contracted services with the Pennsylvania Department of Health for the administration of Women s, Infants and Children (WIC) Bi-County Program.
