Don't bother contacting this place to get any help. If you don't live right in Williamsport, they won't bother to help you unless they get paid to do it. I called there to get help for my daughter and left six messages with no return phone calls. Then, another friend of mine who lives in their service area did the same thing with nothing ever done to help them. This place is in it for the money and not to actually help anyone.
