We have only had this trash service for about 3 months. I've kept my trash can out front of my house because of neighbors so they don't use it. Being my forgetful self I have forgotten multiple times to pulll it out to the road. But Tuesday morning my trash can is always empty and by the street. I love the fact that when I forgot your men actually come to my porch and grab the can to empty it! Thank you so much, it's very appreciated!

In response to Suzanne B, your bill was so high because you never paid your bill. The decline $15 charge ever 3 months was due to declined credit cards because you would never pay your bill which you were made aware of at time of set up, nothing has changed except when you pay every 3 months versus monthly. The reason we do not send bills is so we can keep the price so cheap. If the credit card does decline then we do send a bill out but it is your responsibility to ensure the funds are available to pay for your service. None of our services are $120 ever 3 months. The highest rate we have is $89 for garbage removal and recycling. So your bill was obviously past due. Not to mention how you defaced our cans.

I have had Bower's Disposal for about 3-5 years. Always picks up the garbage on time. Miss once and I called they came the very next Day. It was the best garbage co. in the Williamsport area until they changed their billing about a year ago. They went from monthly billing to quarterly billing. Not a big deal. However they do not send you a bill anymore either. Also, they require auto debit from your bank account. So if you by chance don't have the $120 in that account on that same day every 3 months it is not worth the surprise overdraft fee's and Bower's declined billing fee. Yes they charge you $15 if they can't get paid. So instead of a $5 late fee it is now $55. ALSO since you don't get a bill you don't know right away and they stop your service with out even calling you.

I've been doing business with Bower Disposal for over 10 years and there here every week like clock work. Best service in town and there prices can't be beat!

I am very pleased with Bower Disposal's service. I have been a customer for over 6 years and they have always been very accommodating when I have had a special request. Office staff very pleasant and easy to work with. I whole heartily recommend the Bower Disposal services.
