I agree with the customer who states when you take your vehicle in they manufacture additional problems so they can make money. If you ar honest with your customer they will tend to recommend your service department without fail. Chrysler had a recall on their gas tanks spillage. My order was placed in March, we are now in July. Only today after calling in to check the status a service person (Jason) informed me that the part was in and could be ordered and sent in overnight. Who going to reimburse me for all of the gas I've lost due to their poor customer service? Don't get me wrong Jason is the man and certainly an honest service person. If you need something done I highly recommend that you make your appointments with him. Uh wonder why the service manager (Rudy) is no longer there. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.

Do not take your vehicle there for a state inspection! They will manufacture defects in order to run up your bill. I specifically checked all of my lights and windshield wipers yet they said i had two burned out lights and the wipers were bad. Very unprofessional.
