Ive been living here at Woods of Williamsburg for over a yr now and ever since Ive been here something has gone wrong and alot of the things that have gone wrong, maintenence has yet to fix. Ive put in so many work orders for the same problems, that its getting rediculious. The maintenence has came out numerious times about the AC in my apt and it still doesnt work properly. They have the AC lines running through my closet, so everytime the AC freezes up (which is almost every day) the majority of my clothes get soaked. I have reported this problem many times and yet the problem still persists. Also, my dryer doesnt work properly and it takes 2 hours for the clothes to dry and yet they wont replace it, and its one of their rentals. There are many other things that still hasnt been fixed in my apartment that I wont go into detail about and bottom line is, I would not recommend this complex to anyone and as soon as my lease is up, I will be moving out.
