The hotel was nice, the room was clean and simple. the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was ok.

The first room we were given had a noisy AC unit, but once we alerted the front desk we were immediately switched to another room with no problems. Breakfast items ran out both Saturday and Sunday mornings, but we didn't get down to eat until after 9am each morning. I'm sure if you went before you would have a full selection of items. Brought my dog and they were extremely accomodating, and they will not go into the room if you are not there with your pet which eased my mind about him escaping if the door was opened while I was away. Mini-golf next door is alot of fun, and Busch Garden's was only 10 minutes away. Overall, I feel I got a nice room for the money.

We stayed here for one night as a stop over. We were greeted by the friendly staff who answered all of our questions (they gave great dinner recommendations!). Rooms were clean and spacious - enough for our family of four. Breakfast was wonderful - great variety. The Belgian waffles were the best! I'll definitely stay here again!

Nice inexpensive motel. stayed here 2 nights when we went to Busch Gardens. Overall very good and it included breakfast

We got an upgrade to a king bedroom which had a microwave and refrigerator in it. That was nice to have and the bed was very comfortable. The price was reasonable.

Very unorganized,rude customer service. We paid cash for our room when we checked in, then 3 weeks later, we realize that they charged us again on our credit card. When calling about the situation, they acted like they didnt care that they had charged us a extra $200 for no reason. I took it upon myself to call corporate & they did some looking back at the deposits, & realized that their deposit for that particular day was over $200. So, in other words, if we hadnt caught this mistake, someone would have had a extra $200 for their spending pleasure. I feel like this could've been avoided if they had: for 1-offered me a receipt, 2-kept up with their deposits & 3-acted like they wanted to work. Maybe this is the purpose of making a copy of your credit card when you pay cash(other than if you trash the room). Other than this, the rooms were nice & the pool was refreshing. But if you're not one to keep up with what gets charged on your account, DONT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!!

The Laquinta really was a nice place to stay and relax. The breakfast was great
