Dr Judge is excellent and professional runs necessary exams or tests depending on the patient
Dr. Judge is a knowledgeable and personable eye doctor who has helped me take good care of my eyes for more than a decade.
She has been my eye Dr for a several decades, as well as my husband and 4 children. She is always kind and has made suggestions through the years as we have grown through different stages as we have aged. Our son's fiance also is a patient as well as her extended family and they feel the same.

- Dr. Mary Ellen Judge joined Northeastern Eye Institute in November 2008 and practices in the Wilkes-Barre location. Dr. Judge received her Bachelor of Science degree from Wilkes College majoring in Biology & Psychology. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She completed externships at Northeastern Eye Institute, the Pediatric module at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, and at a private practice. Dr. Judge specializes in general optometry, contact lenses, pediatric and geriatric care of the eye. Dr. Judge is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and the Northeast Optometric Association. She is also certified in the therapeutic treatment and management of ocular disease. Prior to joining Northeastern Eye Institute, Dr. Judge was in private practice for 21 years. Dr. Judge is married with four children.
