We have appreciated the support that Tom, Sara and the rest of the staff have given to us at the Litehouse Pools & Spas in Wickliffe, Ohio. We prefer to use the Wickliffe location as opposed to the Mentor location(even though we live in Mentor) as they will test your pool water and not intimidate and pressure you into buying something you do not want like the Mentor, Ohio Litehouse manager. He was rude and unprofessional! I have spent over $300.00 in pool supplies this season with Litehouse Pools & Spas. The Wickliffe location personnel will give you more personalized service and will try to help solve your pool issues. They have treated us with respect. In a word, they are the best store in the area that is professional, courteous and customer service focused. This is an A RATED store! Thank you Wickliffe, Ohio Litehouse Pools & Spas.

DO NOT Buy a pool from litehouse! We have been "installing" our inground pool for over 7 weeks. Still not complete! Called District Manager to day. Told him that the concrete was cracking (it was just pored 5 days ago) still do not have a working vacuum (was told for $100 they would bring me a new one!!!). Rough grade was not completed. Pool cover and reel not installed. Had to pay for electrical parts out of my pocket to get a working pump when the electrician was here! Sales rep will not even return my phone calls. DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM THEM! The worst customer service I have ever received!!!!
