I have interacted with Susan for at least 5 years through COMCARE of Sedgwick County. She has always been diligent about not only meeting her responsibilities but going above and beyond that. She is more than willing to call the families of the patients when needed. She is very personable especially when dealing with patients who may be irate or upset. She is overall a very hard working, caring individual that probably could try and lessen the time she spends at work. But that is not who she is. I appreciate her very much and know that she is a gift to the children and families she works with.
