Life can bring a variety of experiences that can cause pain, confusion, sadness and hopelessness. It is my vision to become a safe and supportive connection for individuals, couples, and families to connect, heal, and grow. My experience has included providing care for Couples, Individuals, Families & Adolescents. Areas of Focus are (but not limited to) Pre-Marital Counseling, Couples Counseling, Life Transitions, Depression, Anxiety, Blended Family Issues, Sexual Assault/Abuse, Grief, and Trauma.
